Mr. Douglas was born on November 16, 1950 in Kearny, NJ, to Walter and Delia Douglas.

David married Cynthia in Randolph, NJ, and to this union they had one daughter, Rachel.

David is survived by his loving family, his wife Cynthia and his daughter Rachel.

David is preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
