Eleanor Lamoy

Eleanor (Lee) Lamoy, age 95, formerly of Upper Jay, passed away Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 in Lake Placid.

Born in Willsboro, she was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Lee. Ms. Lamoy loved baseball, but she really loved the New York Yankees!

Preceding her in death were her son Leon; husband Victor; and brothers Robert and James.

Survivors include her sons James and Alan; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Private interment will take place at the Mountain View Cemetery, Upper Jay.

Donations can be made to the Upper Jay Fire Department in Ms. Lamoy's name.

Services were entrusted to Thwaits-Zaumetzer Funeral Home, Au Sable Forks, NY.
