Joseph Ano, 66, passed away on July 1, 2021 at home with his loving family at his side.
Joe was born on February 13, 1955 in Plattsburgh to Herbert and Irene Ano.
Joe and his loving wife Cathie had 2 children, Jason and Matthew Ano.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Irene Ano; and five sisters.
Joe is survived by his wife, Cathie; and sons Jason and Matthew; his granddaughter Avarya; and Marlene and Art Volaway; along with many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Name Church with interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Au Sable Forks. There will be no calling hours.
Joe had one last request, and that was for no suits to be allowed at the service, so please, in honor of him, wear comfortable and casual clothes.
Services were entrusted to Zaumetzer Funeral Home.
