Karen A. (Preston) Hackett born September 10, 1958 to Robert & Pauline (Jacques) Preston passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2020 at her home in Redford, NY
Karen worked as a Secretary for several years until her retirement. Karen's love for life was her family and grandchildren.
Karen is survived by her husband Kenneth Hackett; companion for the past 12 years Ron Terry; children Brad Smith (Tiffany), Keri (James) Canning, Chyenne Hoffer (Scott), Lance Hackett (Victoria), Adrienne Hartigan, Elizabeth Terry, Mitchell Terry; brothers Robert (Kim) Preston, Roger (Beth) Preston, Timothy (Tina) Preston; grandchildren Harley Canning, Cameron and Jackson Smith and Levi Terry. She is predeceased by her parents, a sister Lucille and brother Adrian.
At her request there will be no calling hours, but the family invites you to a celebration of her life at her home on Saturday, November 7, 2020 beginning at noon.
Arrangements were entrusted to Zaumetzer Funeral Home, Au Sable Forks.
