Koleen Otis-Wisher

Koleen K. Otis-Wisher was born in Plattsburgh, NY on January 30, 1974. Koleen grew up in Tucson, AZ. Koleen is survived by her parents, Marvin and Priscilla Otis; sisters, Lisa (Ed) Zielinski and Laura (Steve) Haws; children, Keegan and Kaleb Wisher; grandson, Beau Thomas Smith; niece, Emmie Zielinski; and nephews, Elliot Zielinski and Tyler Haws.

Koleen attended West Point Academy on a Softball Scholarship. She married James Wisher in 2004. She loved her grandson Beau Thomas Smith BIG!

She passed away on July 6, 2021 peacefully at home along side her loving husband, James Wisher.

A Private Family Celebration will be held in the upcoming weeks.
