Norma Joy

Norma Mae (Colby) Joy, 69, past peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 28, 1951, the daughter of Richard and Dora (Hart) Colby.

Norma will be remembered for her immense love for her family and home. She is survived by her husband and the love of her life for over 51 years, Ken, her children, Susan and Sonya, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Survived as well by her many loving siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard and step-mother Dorothy and her mother, Dora and step-father David, as well as, her brothers Richard, Keith and son Joshua, Bradford and sister-in-law Elaine, in addition to several aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no public calling hours or services; the family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
