Patricia Lobdell

Patricia A Lobdell, 96, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at CVPH Medical Center, on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. She was born in Saranac, NY on June 21st, 1925, the daughter of Harvey and Mabel (Napper) Lobdell. Patricia grew up in Saranac, NY. Patricia worked at many jobs in her lifetime. But, her life's work was saving stray and unwanted animals. Her home was always filled with animals of all types and sizes. She was a gifted gardener. She seemed to have the ability to grow anything well.

She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Nettie Lobdell, Spencer Lobdell, Vesta Sullivan, Irene Esser, Victor Lobdell, Vincent Lobdell, and Jean Coryer. And her grandsons, Harold Miller Jr. and Patrick Miller. She is survived by her daughter, Mabel (Bobbie) Miller, her grandchildren, Mona Dubay, Eric Miller, and Kitty Miller. Patricia has 18 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A gathering in her memory will take place at Zaumetzer Funeral Home in Au Sable Forks, NY on Monday, September 20th, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., followed by memories and a meal at Frank and Mona Dubay's home in Jay.

Donations in her memory may be made to the ASPCA.
