Ricky Allen Whalen, born on September 10, 1961, in Plattsburgh, NY, passed away unexpectedly at home in Willsboro on June 20, 2026, at the age of 64.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Gloria Whalen.

Ricky is survived by his brothers, James Whalen II and Bill Whalen.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services.
