Theodore "Skip" Kaschak, Jr., 80, of Keeseville, passed away on August 10, 2026, at CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born on June 2, 1946, to Theodore Kaschak, Sr. and Stella Urzan.

Skip was married to his loving wife, Bernice, for 46 years until her passing in 2019.

He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He worked at Garden Way for over 20 years. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years, but always said that he would have served for 20 years.

He was preceded in life by his parents, his wife, and his brother Robert.

He is survived by his brother John (Theresa) Kaschak, Jr.; his nieces Rachael Sergeant and her daughter Isla, Anne Kaschak, and Shaine Kaschak; his sister-in-law Kathy Monroe; his stepchildren Richard Kelley, Jr., Kimberly Kelley-Palmer, and Todd Kelley; as well as his Wednesday night poker buddies.

In accordance with his wishes, services will be private and at the family's convenience.
